Is this the only Capri in UK with air con from new?
This
Mk2 had stood in an underground garage in London for sixteen and a half
years - it had belonged to a Saudi Arabian Diplomat whilst serving in UK.
It is a 1977 year model and is powered by a 3000 Essex V6 the model is top of the range GHIA. Note the Executive badge which adorns the front of the bonnet, it also has two remote door mirrors - from new. The car had covered only 23,000 miles when found and is in original condition. The engine was sympathetically coaxed back to life and despite standing all those years it only needed 4 new tyres and a part exhaust to get it through the MOT. After covering only 4 miles to the MOT station it was then driven from London via the M1 to the Midlands without an hitch. Not only does it have air con from new it also has electric windows from new and a period 'mobile' phone. The interior is green and very plush, a beautiful car to drive and own.
